Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Kushnir spent 10+ years working for some of the nation’s most prominent subrogation and litigation firms, where he investigated and litigated subrogation cases for some of the nation’s leading insurance carriers.  Mr. Kushnir is responsible for millions of dollars in subrogation recoveries, successfully handling a variety of subrogation matters involving motor vehicle accidents, fires, water damage, construction defects, cargo losses, product liability cases, and workers’ compensation matters.  Mr. Kushnir’s law review articles have been cited in published opinions by federal judges as persuasive authority. 

During his career, Mr. Kushnir has handled subrogation cases for such carriers as AIG/Chartis, Allstate, Chubb, Cincinnati, Citizens, Donegal, Encompass, Farmers, Foremost, Hanover, Harleysville, Hartford, Liberty Mutual, Massachusetts Bay, One Beacon, Peerless, Safeco, Selective, Travelers, and Zurich. 

What also makes Mr. Kushnir’s experience unique is that he was involved in litigations defending companies against subrogation actions.  That experience gave him valuable insight into how the subrogation defense law firms and adjusters operate, and what methods they use to evaluate and limit payouts.  Therefore, Mr. Kushnir can more effectively respond to defense attorneys’ tactics, which in turn allows him to obtain the best possible results for his clients.
